As Fall semester at Carolina begins to wind up, we are preparing to say our farewells to another class of Ethics and Policy Interns.

The Daily Tar Heel, Carolina’s student newspaper, recently released an article providing tips, tools and resources for students who plan to remain on campus throughout Thanksgiving break.

Food insecurity is defined as a lack of consistent access to enough food for an active, healthy life. For many college students, not having access to enough food is a harsh reality that negatively affects their academic performance as well as physical and mental well-being.

Carolina has a commitment to ensuring that all students, faculty and staff are immersed into a campus environment that welcomes diverse backgrounds and encourages free expression.

In celebration of Global Ethics Month, the Office of Ethics and Policy hosted an event on Monday, October 21 titled How Ethics Dies: The Role of Laws and Lawyers in Nazi Germany.
